# Troubleshooting

> **“Sign in to Enricho” or 401 errors**
>
> Your session expired or the key is wrong. Reconnect the connector (or run `/mcp` in Claude Code) and sign in again; check that API keys start with `enr_`.

> **“You don't have enough credits” (402)**
>
> Your balance is empty. Ask your assistant for `account_usage`, then `account_upgrade` or `account_buy_credits`. Monthly credits refill on the 1st.

> **“Too many requests” (429)**
>
> You hit a [request rate limit](https://docs.enricho.co/credits-and-limits.md#rate-limits) or used today's [free preview allowance](https://docs.enricho.co/credits-and-limits.md#free-previews). For a request rate limit, pause and honor `Retry-After` if present. For the daily preview cap, wait until midnight UTC or authorize a paid full search. Switching to a full search does not bypass request rate limits.

> **Searches return nothing**
>
> Ask your assistant to search again with fewer fields, for example without the city or company size. Empty searches are free.

> **My assistant isn't using Enricho**
>
> Make sure the connector is enabled for the chat, and mention Enricho by name in your request.

> **No email with the sign-in code**
>
> Check spam for a message from [reply@enricho.co](mailto:reply@enricho.co), or use “Send a new code” on the sign-in page. Codes expire after 15 minutes.
